At first, ITO glass was used for the top electrode of resistive touch screen, which was the main material of glass/glass (G/G) touch screen. Today, ITO glass is also used in the top electrode of environmentally resistant automotive products. As the top electrode material of ITO glass, according to its input performance, the thickness of the glass is {{0}}.2 to 1.5 mm. Considering productivity and cost, glass with a thickness of 0.3 mm is also used as the top electrode.

IT{{0}} glass is mainly used as a fixed electrode (bottom electrode) material. The ITO glass thickness of the bottom electrode is 0.51.8〇1111 (mainly 0.55111111 and 0.71111). From the point of view of coating conditions, 11'0 film is a crystalline film. A circular spacer is formed on the ITO layer to keep the upper and lower electrode layers insulated. The glass of the touch screen is generally floatable, but strengthened glass can be used as needed.

Generally speaking, the transmittance of ITO glass is about 90 percent , and it can reach 93 percent after processing according to the screen requirements. Recently, ARIT0 glass with AR laminates on both sides of the glass has a transmittance of 97 percent . If you want to reduce costs, you must popularize this kind of glass.

uses a thin film/plastic ITO used as a fixed electrode. (F/P{{0}}ITO) to replace the glass substrate. A thick sheet is laminated on a 100 to 188pLm thin film substrate by bonding to replace the bottom electrode of the glass. The plastic substrate generally used is polycarbonate (PC) with a thickness of 0.5 to 2.0 mm.

The plastic substrate ITO that has recently attracted attention can also replace ITO glass, and the thickness of the ITO film laminate is {{0}}.5 to 1.0mm. The composite film may cause poor appearance due to the inclusion of foreign matter. However, the yield rate of ITO coating on this plastic substrate is not high. Thin-film substrates can be produced by rollers, with high productivity and low cost; thick-sheet substrates are leaf-type, with low productivity and high cost. Although it has not reached popularization now, the market demand is very high.
